Nature of Services

Roots & Reflections provides educational and mentorship-based coaching through its talks and sessions. These programs are designed to provide cultural and leadership frameworks. Our services are for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional psychological counseling, legal advice, or career guarantees.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during sessions, including but not limited to slide decks, frameworks, guides, and digital resources, are the exclusive intellectual property of Roots and Reflections.

  • Participants are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal development.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not record, record-reproduce, distribute, or sell any of our content or proprietary session frameworks without express written permission from the founder.

Session Conduct

We strive to create a respectful, growth-oriented environment. Roots and Reflections reserves the right to terminate a session or refuse service to anyone whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with our community values.

Payments and Cancellations

  • Fees: Fees for any session are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Cancellations: We value your time and ours. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Refunds for missed sessions without notice are at the discretion of Roots and Reflections.

Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide high-quality educational guidance, Roots & Reflections and its founder, Ramsundar Lakshminarayanan, are not liable for any personal, academic, or professional outcomes resulting from the application of the information provided in our sessions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
