At Roots & Reflections, we are a non-profit dedicated to supporting the growth of our community. We know that life happens - especially for busy students and active parents - and we believe in being flexible. Our goal is to engage with you, not to penalize you for life’s unexpected changes.

Flexible Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Need to change your time? If a conflict arises, you can reschedule your session at any time as per Instructor’s availability. We don’t charge rescheduling fees because we want to ensure you get the most out of our time together.

• Need to cancel? If you find that you cannot attend and don't wish to reschedule, just let us know. We offer full refunds for cancellations (minus small processing fees retained by payment processing platforms) made before the session begins.

During the Session

While we are highly flexible with scheduling, we do have one firm boundary to protect the integrity of our mission and our time:

• Once a session begins: Because we are delivering personalized mentorship and also prepare content, fees are non-refundable once the session has started. We ask for your full presence and engagement during the sessions to ensure you receive the full value of the program.
